This part of agreement is an additional part of our Terms and Services applied for the Partner (same as Agent) activities and bookings on this Website.
If you are an agent or partner, you must read this Agreement before using the Website, booking a Tour or using bike rental services.
Agents are registered through “Partners” button on the top right on the Home page of the Website. Every agent must be approved by the Administrator of the Website and additional separate commission agreement may be signed. Please be accurate when entering your data.
As our approved partner agent, you can book and manage your bookings when you are signed-in to your account. Partner approval may take up to 72 hours, so please be patient. Agent can make the reservations on behalf of his customers on this Website by providing the most important information for the order, such as tour name, date, number of participants, lead client name and contact details. After the agent has made the reservation, the order confirmation voucher is available for print and download. The order made by agent is approved automatically. Agent is also able to make the reservation through phone, e-mail or chat help. The agent reference is needed for the correct calculation of the commission. Please make sure that customer gets his/her order confirmation voucher.
Bikebaltic calculates 10% commission for sales made by the agent during a specific period and pays them as agreed in the commission agreement. Agent is also able to make the bookings for the client without commission if this is his preference. In such case, agent must inform Bikebaltic about his will.
Agent can cancel or make changes (if available) for his order up to 14 days before the start of the tour or a 24 hours before bike rental start. Agent call our helpline or e-mail us directly with additional changes or cancellation requests and we will help upon the availability. All individual orders, group orders and similar requests as well as all inquiries are accepted by e-mail and phone.
The same User cancellation policy and all other terms of Services apply as they are stated in this agreement. Exceptions are available upon the signed additional agreement between the parties.
As an agent or partner you agree you will only use our website or services to make legitimate reservations or purchases and shall not make speculative, false or fraudulent reservations or reservations in anticipation of demand. You will only use our website and services in compliance with applicable law, and you will maintain the highest data protection requirements as they are described in this Terms of Services and applicable laws.
Agent must use the client data for the online booking only as agreed with the customer. Agent must comply with all the data protection laws as applicable. Any customer who is coming to our tours and experiences agrees with the Terms of Services published on this Website.
