This year, when Vilnius starts celebrating its upcoming 700th anniversary, Bike Baltic Velotakas again invites you to get to know Vilnius by bike!

Let’s open the tour season by visiting the area of the most dynamic changes and rich history – the picturesque, in Soviet times converted to an industrial hub and then abandoned until recently, district of Naujoji Vilnia! Our route will go via the newest bike paths, forest roads and several streets.

We will go to Naujoji Vilnia by bicycle via Belmontas and will finish our tour at Dumu fabrikas with beer degustation (optional).
On the way back from Naujoji Vilnia you can choose one of the option:
-Relaxing bike ride (30-40 min.)
-Train to Vilnius (10-15 min.)
-Private bus transfer (10 -15 min.)

We will stop and listen to the guide at:

🚲 Rokantiškės castle site with a panorama of Naujoji Vilnia valley and hills,
🚲 the valley of the river Vilnia near the sculpture “Worker”,
🚲 the courtyards of the industrial giants near the old castle of the hunting estate,
🚲 the place of the memorial to the exile,
🚲 the lofts, terraces, shores of Vilnius and the Smoke Factory (Dumų Fabrikas) formerly Dalgiai Litovka factory,
🚲 the ponds of the cardboard factory and the ancient burial hills.

Vilnius constantly amazes us with its modern changes, creative spaces, attractive solutions for cognition, tasting and admiration!
