Discover the diverse landscapes, historic cities, and natural wonders of the Baltic region on this scenic 11-day self-guided supported cycling tour, travelling from Vilnius, the elegant capital of Lithuania, through Latvia and on to Tallinn, Estonia’s medieval jewel on the Baltic Sea. This adventure offers a unique combination of cultural discovery and immersive nature riding, including UNESCO-listed old towns, protected national parks, and charming coastal routes.

Memorable Cycling Experiences:

One of the most unforgettable sections of the tour is the ride along the Curonian Spit, where a long cycling path follows the Baltic coastline through soaring sand dunes, pine forests, and open sea views. Another highlight is cycling through Lake Peipsi’s rural shoreline, passing traditional fishing villages with colourful wooden houses, gardens, and centuries-old cultural life. In Estonia, the ride through Lahemaa National Park offers forest lanes, bog trails, and sweeping coastal scenery, showcasing some of the wildest and most beautiful landscapes in the region. The tour also includes time in Vilnius, Riga, and Tallinn, three capitals known for their remarkable medieval old towns and vibrant cultural atmospheres.

Tour Overview:

The journey begins in Vilnius, where you will receive maps, route descriptions, and all the information needed for a smooth and enjoyable ride. Your rental bicycles will be ready for the first ride through the historic streets of Vilnius and onwards to the lake district and the castle town of Trakai.

This self-guided tour gives you independence and flexibility while still providing full support: your luggage is transported to the next hotel each day, assistance is available when needed, and transfers allow you to avoid busy roads and focus on the most scenic routes.
