Where is the meeting point of the bike tours?
The meeting point for all our bike tours is our bike rental office at A. Stulginskio 5. We are situated not far from Gedimino Avenue, just 100 meters from the IKI shop. Look for our bikes parked on the street next to the entrance.
What kind of service does Bikebaltic provide?
We offer: diferent type bikes rent, exeptional guided and self-guided tours in Baltic states
What time do I need to arrive for the bike tour?
We kindly request our clients to arrive 10-15 minutes before the tour begins. During this time, you will be required to read and sign the safety rules, and our staff will assist you in selecting the appropriate size for the bike and helmet
Do I need to pre-book regular bike tour?
We recommend to pre-book your tour. However, we do accept walk-ins, for the regular city bike tour.
Do you run bike tours if it rains ?
Yes, we never cancel tours because of the weather. In case of the rain, we provide rain poncho.
Are there any additional fees?
All fees are included in the price. But you can book additional inventory: electric bike, children trailer etc.
Who are the guides?
All of our staff are professional licensed guides.
What languages are available?
All languages are available upon request.
Is there a facility where I can store my luggage, eliminating the need to carry it throughout the duration of the tour?
Yes, you can leave your luggage in our office.

Where can I book Bikebaltic services?

Do I need to show the order confirmation?
The order confirmation or voucher is issued for every order. Please take print or mobile version of it with you.
How can I cancel or make changes to my order?
The cancellation policy of the bike rental: the customer can cancel rent services without any fee up to 24 hours before it runs. If the Services are cancelled less than 24 hours, the customer won’t get a refund. Guided and self guided tours can be cancelled free of charge 14 days before it runs. If the tour is cancelled less than 14 days, the customer won’t get a refund. Please advise us about your cancellation in advance and we will provide our best assistance.
Can I book Bikebaltic tours for my group of people only as the private tour?
Yes, absolutely. You are welcome to contact us directly and we will be happy to organize any of our products and help with any of your additional requests (transfers, hotels, routes, rentals, events, individual experiences or just friendly advice).
